Settle into the slower pace of the Barossa with a winter tasting experience designed for simple pleasures. Begin with a guided walk along our Kraehe Nature Trail with one of the team, where you’ll take in winter vineyard views, hear the story of the property and meet our resident Highlanders along the way. From there, you’ll return to Cellar Door where a reserved table by the fireplace awaits.
This intimate experience, limited to a maximum of four guests, includes a hosted tasting of six premium wines: including our and Bella’s Garden and Lily’s Garden Shiraz, Single Vineyard Cleo’s Block Shiraz, one museum wine selected from the Bakehouse Cellar, flagship Ares Shiraz and finishing with our Fortified Muscat, perfect for the cold winter months. Guests will also enjoy a cheese plate with the tasting, along with a tour through our Bakehouse Museum cellar. Thoughtful, relaxed and distinctly Barossa, it is a winter escape centred around nature, wine and warmth.
